Megan Bibb Rapp is a trial lawyer who has experience at every stage of litigation from the filing of the original lawsuit through appeal. Mrs. Rapp handles an array of litigation for businesses and individuals on both the plaintiff and defense side. She has represented clients in cases arising out of claims for property damage and personal injury. She has also represented clients in litigation involving employment, construction, liens, fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, Mrs. Rapp served as executive editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law, received the Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law Student Writing Award, and earned a Certificate of Specialization in Law and Business.
As for pro bono work, Mrs. Rapp has prosecuted more than 10 jury trials as a volunteer prosecutor for the City of Houston Municipal Court. She has also volunteered with Catholic Charities to help children and families before the family law courts of Montgomery, Harris, and Galveston Counties.
